WHO WE ARE
Dahlmann Properties began over fifty years ago in the student housing market. As opportunities arose, we purchased various landmark properties in the commercial sector including hotels, offices, retail properties and apartments. With continued focus on two exceptional locations: Ann Arbor, Michigan and Sanibel Island, Florida, Dahlmann Properties now owns and operates over 20 properties in or near these markets.
We are proud to announce that in January of 2019, Dahlmann Properties became a third generation corporation, with nearly 250 full time employees under two divisions. Ben Dahlmann is President of Dahlmann Office, Commercial and Residential Properties and Andy Dahlmann is President of Dahlmann Hotel and Resort Properties with Dennis Dahlmann continuing to serve as Chairman of the Board.
